Our house, just 1 km from Neustift-centre, is located on a very sunny and beautiful site with view to the Stubai glacier and the surrounding mountains.
Neustift-village is the centre of the upper Stubai valley with many restaurants, shops, post office, bank, tourist office, medical centre, pharmacy, supermarkets, discotheques, etc.

Our house is an ideal starting point for many excursions, walking and bike tours. The "Kampler See" (Lake Kampl) is just a few minutes nearby, which provides fun at the lake and a big children's playing-ground.
Our lovely well kept garden invites you to barbecue and to sunbath. An exciting match of table-tennis makes sure that you'll never get bored.
